**Your Responsibilities**
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of stock replenishment (forecast planning)
- Management and coordination site material planning meeting.
- Monitor and control materials supply events and ensure timely execution of supply plan.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, QA, QC, PM and SCM team in China to ensure material supply to meet

requirements for projects
- Coordinate with third party warehouse(s) to ensure timely and smooth material delivery
- Monitor expiration date of materials and report inventory status on a regular basis
- Supporting for deviation investigation, change control, CAPA tracking and SOP design/revision
- Will be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the superior.

**Your Profile**

**Education**

Bachelor degree or above

**Knowledge/Experience**
- Have good communication skill, can read and speak in both German and English
- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP material management.
- Experience with VBA is preferred.

**Personal skills**
- Be good at dealing with site coordination with multiple teams and complex work of multiple task lines.
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis ability.
- Pay close attention to details and regulatory compliance.
- Good understanding of solutions to improve productivity and utilization efficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to interact with personnel at various levels within the organization.
- Good in both Germany and English speaking and writing.
