Hast Du Erfahrung als Operations Manager, Area Manager, Bezirksleiter oder Verkaufsleiter sowie eine Leidenschaft für das Führen von Teams? Dann werde Teil des Picnic-Teams und leiste einen wichtigen Beitrag, indem du unsere Teams vor Ort coachst über sich hinauszuwachsen

  • Übernimm die Verantwortung für 4-8 Last Mile Hubs (Verteilerzenter) und führe ein Team von 300+ Mitarbeitern:innen (inklusive mehrerer Teamleiter:innen)
  • Hilf deinem Team anspruchsvolle Ziele zu erreichen und steuere hierzu unter anderem Effizienz-, Qualitäts- und Kapazitätskennzahlen
  • Optimiere die Betriebsleistung deiner Hubs, indem du Prozesse verbesserst und Mitarbeiter:innen coachst
  • Verantworte spannende Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung unseres operativen Tagesgeschäfts in der letzten Meile Logistik

Im Rahmen unserer Expansion suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Regional Operations Manager (intern als Area Lead bezeichnet).

Über dich
  • Bachelor / Master in Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
  • Hands-on Mentalität
  • Bereitschaft auf täglicher Basis zu verschiedenen Hub-Standorten zu fahren (Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich)
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
