At the Sindelfingen site, the Assembly Planning PP/M Center is part of the central Mercedes-Benz passenger car production planning. As a team in assembly planning, we are part of the design of future assembly processes and accompany the start-up of new vehicle series. As the interface between assembly planning and center management, we work together with numerous specialist departments from production, logistics and research & development.
You are guaranteed not to get bored As an overarching team, we are partners and advisors to the specialist departments and managers in our center and your tasks will therefore be wide-ranging and varied.

As part of your internship, you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
Preparing, conducting and following up on work and management meetings and using agile methods to design workshops Preparing presentations and decision papers for top management (German and English) Participation in the organization and implementation of various management and employee events Supporting the organization of internal meetings with regard to agenda preparation, presentation preparation and follow-up Development and process optimization as well as updating of knowledge platforms Design and support/maintenance of internal communication channels (e.g. social intranet site) Participation in the conception and implementation of agile and creative workshops on the topic of lean and change processes with different groups of participantsIf your curiosity is aroused and you are ready for a challenging internship that promotes your professional and personal development, then we should get to know each other
QualifikationenWith this profile you fit in with us:
You are studying business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, information management, business psychology, media/communication sciences or a comparable degree program You have a good command of written and spoken German and English You have a strong knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) as well as visual presentation and design skills You are a team player and proactively contribute your creative ideas You have a high level of commitment and dedication; your way of working is independent, structured and goal-oriented You are available full-time for six months for a compulsory or combined internship (compulsory part according to study regulations)Additional information:
