Sie haben die Zahlen im Griff & die Ziele stets vor Augen? Dann sollten wir uns kennenlernen Als Revenue Executive (m/w/d) tragen Sie einen großen Teil zur Erreichung unserer Ziele bei und behalten dabei stets die Wirtschaftlichkeit im Auge. Sie unterstützen in dieser Position maßgeblich das Revenue Management, dass unser 593 Zimmer großes Hotel im Herzen Frankfurts nicht nur seine Marktposition hält, sondern diese noch verbessert. 

Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Yield Management und sind durch die optimale Auslastung und Ratengebung für die Umsatzsteigerung mitverantwortlich. 

Was gehört weiter zu Ihren Aufgaben?

Implementierung der “Best Available Rates”.  Unterstützung bei der effektiven Verkaufs- und Inventory Management Strategie durch das Sales Team.  Verwaltung aller Transient Ratencodes in den relevanten Systemen (High Performance Pricing, Opera & Online Travel Agency).  Korrekte Eingabe des Zimmer Inventars gemäß der Good Data Standard & Zuweisung der Market Segmenten und Ratenkategorien. Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Erstellung des Rooms Forecast sowie Erstellung diverser Reports zur Analyse der Produktions- und Umsatzzahlen sowie Monatsabschlüssen.  Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Competitive Sets, der Preispositionierung und von zukünftigen Bedarfsperioden. AnsprechpartnerIn für die Reservierungszentrale bei Fragen bezüglich Individualbuchungen.

Be able.

Erste Erfahrung im Revenue Management und / oder im Bereich Front Office in der Hotellerie.  Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit den Systemen OPERA & MARSHA. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel und / oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.  Flexibilität, lösungsorientiertes Handeln und Strategisches Denken und Handeln
