**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and close business with named major accounts throughout Germany
- Collaborate with the well-established channel community to leverage business opportunities.

**Job Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of Digital Transformation, including Cloud/SaaS migration, and expertise in Cyber Protection & Recovery.
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales, including field sales and account management within Germany, emphasizing channel sales.
- Track record of successfully selling to enterprise businesses, showcasing the ability to secure new business.
- Established relationships with top-tier enterprise accounts and the ability to establish new connections.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies.
- Experience in selling complex systems products.
- Willingness to travel across Germany
- Self-starter with quick learning abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities.

**Responsibilities and Targets**:

- Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets in the Enterprise market segment (5,000 employees+ businesses) in the assigned territory.
- Grow the pipeline by collaborating with Inside Sales, System Engineers, and Channel & Alliance Partner sales teams.
- Conduct direct customer-facing enterprise sales activities in the field alongside Channel and Alliance Partners.
- Propose, coordinate, and participate in marketing activities targeted at enterprise named accounts.
- Enter accurate forecasting and maintain account/opportunity details in SalesForce in a timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with executives, articulate Veeam's solutions and business value, create demand, and close deals.
- Develop a pipeline focusing on short, medium, and long-term revenue opportunities within the assigned accounts.
- Effectively execute account plans and opportunity plans to drive demand and revenue generation.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize existing and future opportunities with customers, Veeam teammates, and the Channel Partner ecosystem.
- Engage with strategic Alliance Partners to drive mutually beneficial revenue opportunities.
- Ability to travel 0 - 75% of the time within the assigned territory/region requirements.
