Als Project Lead HR Analytics & -Applications sind Sie für die Entwicklung und Verwaltung der HR-Datenarchitektur zuständig. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die agile Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft, die Koordination systemischer Anpassungen sowie die Implementierung von Data Governance.   • Data Engineering Führung: Sie verantworten die Entwicklung und Pflege einer hochmodernen HR-Analytics-Plattform. Als Senior-Projektleiter konzentrieren Sie sich auf die Integration und Optimierung von Big Data- und BI-Lösungen, um tiefgreifende Workforce-Einblicke zu ermöglichen.

Ihre Qualifikationen:
