Deine Rolle

Du bist Projekt Co-Owner im Lead-to-Order-Prozess und unterstützt den Vertrieb dabei, optimale Produkte, Dienstleistungen und technische Lösungen für relevante Kundenanfragen (RFPs) zu finden. Du arbeitest mit dem Account Manager in der Briefing-Phase (RFPs) des Lead-to-Order-Prozesses zusammen, schließt das Briefing ab, wählst Produkte aus dem Portfolio aus oder definierst und startest einen Entwicklungsauftrag für D&A oder F&E. Du bist Gatekeeper für Entwicklungsaufträge hinsichtlich Geschäftsrelevanz und Verhältnis von Aufwand zu Potenzial und steuerst die Development Order Pipeline (DO). Du bist Experte für AZURE (Portfoliokatalog) und stimmst Dich eng mit den Geschäftsbereichen über die Inhalte des Portfolios und die Identifizierung von Lücken darin ab. Du gestaltest das regionale/bereichsspezifische CR-Sortiment im Einklang mit Marktsegmenten und Application.  Du suchst nach Co-Development-Möglichkeiten mit Kunden und beteiligst Dich an Innovationsprojekten mit entsprechendem Nutzen für Döhler, während Du unser Leistungsangebot gemäß Produktkatalog verkaufst. 


Dein Profil

Du bist ein sehr erfahrener technischer Experte mit kaufmännischem Drive. Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen und Beharrlichkeit gepaart mit außergewöhnlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Du hast Dein Studium der Getränke- oder Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ökotrophologie oder Brautechnik oder ein vergleichbares naturwissenschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und arbeitest gerne im Team. Lösungs- und zielorientiertes Arbeiten ist Voraussetzung dafür, dass Du erfolgreich agieren kannst. Du arbeitest routiniert mit MS-Office und idealerweise SAP. Deine Arbeitssprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch. Du bist bereit, zu Kundenterminen zu reisen. Idealerweise verfügst Du über mindestens 5-8 Jahre Erfahrung in Forschung und Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Business Unit oder Marktsegmenten bei Döhler oder vergleichbaren Branchen.
