Job Summary: We are actively seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in telecommunications or electronics. In this position, you will be tasked with overseeing and effectively managing technical projects from initiation to completion. If you possess a thorough understanding of electronic systems and telecommunications, coupled with exceptional project management skills, you are an ideal candidate for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordinated planning, execution, and completion of complex technical projects in the electronics or telecommunications sector, ensuring success in terms of timeliness, scope, and adherence to budget.
- Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, vendors, and stakeholders, to collectively define project requirements, articulate shared goals, and outline deliverables.
- Assess project risks and proactively implement effective mitigation strategies, ensuring the realization of successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress diligently and provide regular updates to stakeholders, emphasizing achieved milestones, encountered challenges, and overall successes.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks across all project deliverables.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics and introducing process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and upper management, effectively communicating project statuses, addressing issues, and offering well-founded recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of effectively overseeing technical projects within the electronics or telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic systems or telecommunications infrastructure, protocols, and technologies.
- Strong project management skills, including hands-on experience with various project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German to facilitate effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, devise solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- A Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) would be a valuable addition.
