Technical Service Manager Proteins ASPAC

The Role
As Technical Service Manager , your role is to support the regional growth of our business by providing hands-on and remote support to Protein customers, in close collaboration with the ASPAC Sales team as part of a global team of experts. You will participate in developing and maintaining strong relationships to our customers as well as planning, running factory trials and identifying business opportunities.
Your main tasks & responsibilites will be:
Technical expert to deliver Protein solutions to customers:
Serve as the primary contact point and provide comprehensive support to protein processing customers, partners, and distributors, both remotely and on-site Actively drive customer projects to contribute to the growth of the Proteins business Work in tandem with the ASPAC Sales team to deliver competitive solutions for customers in all relevant industrial protein processing applications Plan, supervise, and evaluate industrial-scale trials at customer sites within the protein business, ensuring seamless execution and valuable insightsCollaboration with the globaly Industry Team:
Capture, document, and effectively communicate all regional industrial Protein application activities Strengthen internal application knowledge by simulating industrial processes and developing new application ideas Prioritize and focus on growth opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives, both, for the Protein industry and the ASPAC region Identify and explore new business opportunities through a combination of regional market insight, customer engagement, and comprehensive analysis of the AB Enzymes portfolio against competitor offering
About You
We are looking for a customer-focused outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are a team player and you have proven technical project management skills. Furthermore:
You have a degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering or a related field You have at least 5 years' experience in animal protein processing. Experience in the application of enzymes is an asset You can effectively translate between technology and customer needs, technically and commercially. You show flexibility, team spirit, customer-focus and results orientation You are a good presenter who can demonstrate complex topics in a clear and structured way You are willing to work remotely with the global and regional teams across different time zones You are willing and capable to travel in ASPAC (50-60% of the time) and occasionally globally You have very good English skills (written and oral) Preferably, you are based in one of the ASEAN countries
