Deine Rolle

Als Teil unseres Sales Development Team in Berlin oder Hamburg identifizierst Du neue potenzielle Kund:innen für Forto und baust eine Pipeline an Interessenten für unsere Product Demos auf. Dabei fällt es Dir einfach, Beziehungen zu potenziellen Kund:innen aufzubauen und den Mehrwert unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen für diese persönlich herauszuarbeiten.
Die perfekte Einstiegsposition, um mehr über Vertrieb, Kundenbeziehungen und Unternehmenswachstum zu lernen. Forties, die in dieser Rolle tätig waren, haben sich nach ihren persönlichen Interessen zur Teamleitung, aber auch in anderen Teams, wie Sales Management, Operations, Product und Strategy, weiterentwickeln können.

Du wirst

Direkten Einfluss auf Forto’s Unternehmenswachstum haben, indem du unser Kundenportfolio ausbaust Per Telefon und/oder Mailing potentielle Kundenkontakte identifizieren und dein eigenes Netzwerk mit wichtigen Unternehmensentscheidern aufbauen Forto nach außen präsentieren und daher eine “eigene Visitenkarte” unseres Unternehmens werden Kunden mit Hilfe unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu einem echten Mehrwert verhelfen können Dein Wissen über globalen Handel und die Logistikindustrie durch gezielte Einarbeitung und den Austausch mit internen Stakeholdern erweitern

Du besitzt eine Fähigkeit mit anderen Menschen einfach und spielerisch ins Gespräch zu kommen Es fällt Dir leicht die Bedürfnisse deines Gegenübers zu verstehen und darauf empathisch zu reagieren Du weißt mit Zurückweisungen umzugehen und lässt Dich dabei nicht von deinem Weg abbringen Du bist neugierig, begeisterst Dich für neue Herausforderungen und hast den Anspruch Dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (min C1 Level) und Englisch (min. B2 Level)
