Our MO/QP-B department is responsible for quality management at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Bremen. In this way, we make a significant contribution to the quality of the vehicles that will continue to inspire our customers tomorrow.

We are looking for a Quality Manager for our team, which is responsible for the quality processes, audits and the quality management system of the Bremen plant.

You will face these challenges:

Developing concepts and measures to maintain and further develop an effective, recognized and practiced QM system to ensure the Bremen plant's ongoing certifiability Conducting internal audits and supporting the specialist departments in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits as well as developing suitable measures Planning and preparing the annual plant audit plan, quality target agreements and management reviews Central point of contact for managers and employees for all questions relating to the QM system and anchoring the philosophy of the management system in the minds of managers and employees Independent planning, management and control of (sub-)projects Qualifikationen

Ideally, you should have the following:

Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or similar Experience in the automotive environment Completed training as a QM system auditor and knowledge of the standards DIN EN ISO 1:5, IATF , the VDA Core Tools and the standard VDA 6.3. Business fluent in German and English Independent working style and confident appearance Ability to work in a team
