Quality Assurance and Audit Specialist

Role Overview:
As a pivotal member of the quality management team, you will contribute significantly to the assurance of quality standards at our esteemed automotive manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and enhance an effective quality management system, ensuring ongoing compliance and certification.
- Conduct internal audits and assist various departments in preparing for and following up on internal and external audits, while formulating appropriate corrective actions.
- Plan and coordinate the annual audit schedule, establish quality objectives, and facilitate management reviews.
- Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to the quality management system, promoting the philosophy of quality management among all staff.
- Independently manage and oversee various projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Experience within the automotive sector.
- Certification as a quality management system auditor, with knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN EN ISO 1:5, IATF, VDA Core Tools, and VDA 6.3.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- A proactive and confident approach to work, with a strong ability to collaborate within a team.
