Quality Management Auditor

Position Overview:

Join Mercedes-Benz Group AG, a leader in the automotive industry, as we strive for excellence in quality management. Our MO/QP-B department is pivotal in ensuring the quality standards at our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and enhance a robust Quality Management (QM) system, ensuring ongoing compliance and certification.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist various departments in preparing for and following up on both internal and external audits, while proposing effective corrective actions.
  • Plan and organize the annual audit schedule, establish quality objectives, and facilitate management reviews.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to the QM system, promoting the philosophy of quality management among staff and leadership.
  • Independently manage and oversee projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience within the automotive sector.
  • Certification as a QM system auditor, with knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN EN ISO 1:5, IATF, VDA Core Tools, and VDA 6.3.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • A proactive work ethic and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
