WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced and committed Leasing Manager to join our P3 team in Germany (Frankfurt am Main).
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
- Developing and implementing effective leasing strategies for logistics and light industrial properties.
- Identification of market opportunities and trends in the letting sector throughout Germany.
- Acquisition of new tenants and identification of suitable tenants for available properties.
- Support and expansion of long-term relationships with existing tenants.
- Negotiating leases and occupancy agreements in accordance with legal and financial guidelines.
- Ensuring that contracts are in line with the company's interests and promote long-term partnerships.
- Continuous market monitoring and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Preparation of reports and presentations on leasing performance and market analysis.
- Working closely with other departments such as Project Development and Asset Management.
- Supporting the team in achieving common goals and optimizing letting processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- Degree in real estate management, business administration or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in letting logistics and light industrial and/or commercial real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the relevant real estate markets and industry trends.
- English language knowledge - professional working level.
- Ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
