Area Sales Manager- East of Germany

Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager, your objective is to ensure the presence and visibility of the product range listed in the DIY channel and the EEE buying group in the East of Germany.

Your main tasks will be:

1.Convince new points of sale to reference EZVIZ connected home solutions

2.Developing relationships with customers and training store teams on the functionality of EZVIZ products

3.Introduce EZVIZ products in stores by organizing customer demonstrations.

4.Negotiate the referencing of additional products, monitor stock levels and set up local promotional operations.

5.Stock management, sales analysis and referencing of new products within your customer portfolio

6.Analyze the competition's offer and propose actions to be implemented.

Training, experience and skills:

1.At least five years in DIY or EEE regional sales experience.

2.Possess a positive mindset and an enthusiastic attitude

3.Fluent in English and Germany

4.Good interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills.

5.Possesses autonomy, initiative and creativity

Additional information

1.Fixed salary + variable salary based on your results
