  • Du organisierst das Business Development im Bereich Off-Road selbstständig und treibst die Kundenakquise in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Du konzipierst eine Go-to-Market Strategie für Wachstum im Off-Road-Markt 
  • Du hast Erfahrung und bist hochmotiviert, ein Marketing & Sales Team für den Bereich Off-Road von Grund auf aufzubauen
  • Du treibst die Optimierung unserer Prozesse von der Lead Generation bis zur Auftragsbearbeitung sowie die Dokumentation in unseren Systemen (CRM/ERP) für den Bereich Off-Road
  • Du schaffst Transparenz und berichtest regelmäßig wesentliche Kennziffern und Prognosen aus deinem Bereich 
  • Du kommunizierst offen und ehrlich mit uns und unseren Kunden auf Augenhöhe, gibst konstruktive Kritik und siehst Feedback als Anlass etwas zu verbessern
DEIN PROFIL

  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing und Vertrieb mit, idealerweise mit Bezug zu elektrischen Antriebssystemen und/oder im Bereich Off-Road mit
  • Du brennst für unsere Mission und unsere Werte und es ist dir eine Herzensangelegenheit, eine nachhaltigere Zukunft zu schaffen
  • Du hast bereits im Bereich Off-Road, also Agricultural/Construction/Industry, gearbeitet und bringst idealerweise ein High-Profile Netzwerk mit
  • Du überzeugst durch deine sichere und professionelle Art auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren und zu verhandeln
  • Du hast bereits Teams geleitet und schaffst es, mit deiner offenen und klaren Art deine Mitarbeiter zur Erreichung der Ziele zu führen
  • Du arbeitest gern selbstorganisiert und ergebnisorientiert in einem cross-funktionalen Team 
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse – weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und hast idealerweise schon mit Hubspot gearbeitet
