WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will define and own the target architecture for the global infrastructure services across our internal IT department. You will provide architectural and technological designs, solutions, and implementation plans for specific projects within your areas of responsibility. You will ensure that your designs meet the properly assessed requirements of Panasonic's business units, aligning with our target architecture to achieve business objectives. You will review and evaluate costs, developing optimized infrastructure designs based on rigorous understanding of returned benefits and ROI/TCO. You will validate and review detailed technical infrastructure architectures provided by our technology partners, team members, and vendors in support of projects or technical solutions. You will investigate the feasibility of emerging technologies and business requirements to enhance the stability, longevity, and adaptability of our infrastructure. You will develop and maintain our IT technology portfolios and roadmaps, identify innovation triggers for the successful introduction of new technologies, and ensure the involvement of relevant stakeholders. You will lead the development of a global IT architecture review panel to ensure proposed solutions align with our One Panasonic IT coverage strategy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have a master’s degree in computer science or engineering and proven leadership experience in architecture, technology, and education at an enterprise level. You also have at least years of experience in information technology and at least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure/security architecture. You have TOGAF and ITIL certifications as well as certifications from several major technology vendors. You can demonstrate experience of working in international teams and with different cultures (especially Japan). You have a very good command of English and excellent knowledge of infrastructure architectures, global trends, and security architectures. Your profile is characterized by strong leadership and people management skills as well as strong facilitation, collaboration and influencing skills.
