Wofür du verantwortlich bist:

Als Strategy Manager (Mensch) hast du bei mSix&Partners die Möglichkeit, deine analytischen und kreativen Fähigkeiten zu entfalten. In deiner Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Mediastrategien und ganzheitlichen Kommunikationslösungen. Im Konkreten heißt das:
Du erstellst integrierte Mediastrategien und leitest den optimalen Media Mix mithilfe datengetriebener Erkenntnisse und verschiedener Planungstools ab Du baust ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis für die Kundenkategorie, den Wettbewerb und das Geschäft unserer Kunden auf, um Wachstumspotentiale zu identifizieren und passende Lösungen zu erarbeiten Du leitest KPIs auf Basis der Kommunikationsziele ab und sorgst durch kontinuierliches Monitoring für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung Du trägst dazu bei, den internen FLOW-Planungsprozess der Agentur zu fördern und sicherzustellen, dass er in den Projekten konsequent angewendet wird Du hast ein Gespür für kulturelle Veränderungen und aktuelle Medientrends, dabei erkennst du Innovationspotenziale und treibst diese federführend voran Du unterstützt bei der Akquise von Neugeschäft und der Erstellung überzeugender Pitch-Narrative

Wen wir suchen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations-, Medienwissenschaften oder in verwandten Fachbereichen Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer Agentur oder einem Beratungsunternehmen Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, um Daten zu interpretieren und fundierte strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen Du arbeitest zielorientiert und behältst stets das große Ganze im Blick Im Besten Fall hast du bereits Erfahrung mit der Organisation und Durchführung von Pitches  Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch Darüber hinaus bist du: #teamorientiert #strategisch #innovativ #zuverlässig #begeisterungsfähig
