Role Overview:

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic priorities, working closely with our C-Level executives and departmental heads. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our further growth and be a key player in the emergence of groundbreaking initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive strategic priorities in collaboration with the leadership team, adhering to our bottom-up approach.
  • Support decision-making and initiative implementation, taking ownership of specific projects and C-Level responsibilities with honesty and transparency.
  • Drive the implementation, internal communication, and performance measurement of company objectives and milestones (KPIs), fostering an environment of accountability and ownership.
  • Act as an extension of the leadership team, serving as the first point of contact for general inquiries directed to leadership, promoting transparency in all interactions.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and leadership, communicating the company vision and assessing employee well-being with honesty and empathy.
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to the organizational structure, addressing knowledge and skills gaps while maintaining our core values.


What You Need to be Successful:

  • 2+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a fast-paced startup environment, grounded in a culture of honesty and transparency.
  • Experience in directly supporting management priorities and defining/delivering strategic programs, embodying our no-bullshit approach.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders with integrity and transparency.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and a sense of ownership, aligned with our core values.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, driven by our commitment to transparency and excellence.
  • Fluent in English; working knowledge in German, knowledge in other languages is a plus, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
