**About the role**

**The role**

The Chief of Staff reports to the CEO Germany. This will be a very operative role with immediate and direct impact to the success of our business.

Your role’s main responsibilities are:

- Coordinate and orchestrate key management processes, including OKR, developing strategy, managing strategic projects and interface with the group on such projects. We need to be focussed on delivery and you will make sure we stay on track.
- Build and manage expansion projects and merger integration projects: we aspire to grow fast and acquire selected companies to further accelerate. You will be responsible for the project management in both dimensions to make our journey a success.
- Develop commercial industry partnerships, e.g. with solar and energy companies, and contribute to the group-wide strategy. There are a number of building blocks to our strategy which will be provided by partners. We believe in a strong network of experts and it will be your responsibility to develop the strategy and manage such partnerships with your team of key account managers.

**What you bring**
- Experience from strategy or leadership roles in either fast growing startups, tech companies, consulting, energy or consumer companies. You should have navigated through uncertainty and dynamic change and have seen fast growth and excellence.
- Strong project management toolbox to manage multiple complex workstreams and a very structured way of working. You will oversee our progress, strategic projects and challenges.
- Courage and integrity. You will work with the leadership team in Germany and the HQ in Sweden.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are fluent in both English and German language.
