Das erwartet Sie:

  • Erstellen, abstimmen und festlegen des Qualitätsmanagements- & Qualitätssicherungsplans unter Anwendung der Tailoring-Regeln des vorhandenen Geschäftssystems
  • Durchführen und überwachen der geplanten Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen im Projekt & Produkt-Lifecycle
  • Sicherstellen der Qualitätsmeilensteine in Angebots- und Projektphasen (Phase Reviews)
  • Aktives Mitwirken am Risiko-Management-Prozess
  • Sicherstellen der Prozesskonformität der jeweiligen Projekte
  • Etablieren eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (PDCA)
  • Durchführen von internen und externen Audits und nachverfolgen definierter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Identifizieren und bearbeiten von Produktqualitätsproblemen
  • Durchführen von Verbesserungsprojekten auf Unternehmensebene
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben im internationalen Umfeld
Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement sowie im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse nationaler und internationaler Qualitätsstandards und Methoden (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office und SAP
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Koordination und Integrationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Fähigkeit, sich in ein Team zu integrieren
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent
