Summary

We are looking for a „FCAS Technical Manager (f/m/d)“ working within the Spectrum Dominance Engineering organisation.

The Spectrum Dominance Engineering organisation is responsible for the product and solution development for various land-based, naval and airborne electronic warfare applications and platforms.

Your Tasks

Management of the successful development of the technical parts of several FCAS projects in close cooperation with the project managers

Responsibility for the development progress and the fulfilment of milestones in time, cost and quality

Generation of project plans including schedule plan, resource allocation and budget control

Coordination of inter-disciplinary teams including the management of subordinate technical managers

Facilitation of an effective communication and close collaboration between project teams, speciality departments, business lines and suppliers

Initiation of corrective actions in case of deviations from the agreed development plan

Your Profile

Completed degree of electrical engineering, communications engineering or other engineering degrees

Extensive experience in project management of complex development projects as well as the management of suppliers (project management qualification beneficial, e.g. PMI certificate)

Willingness to take on responsibility

Practical experience in systems engineering and/or software engineering

Experience in electronic warfare or radar engineering desirable

Creative and result-oriented approach

Efficient and responsible way of working

Fluent in German and English
