Summary

We are looking for a "Project Manager EW Systems (f/m/d)" for the "Electronic Warefare (EW)" division at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The "Electronic Warefare (EW)" division develops innovative products and solutions in the field of radar and communication jamming systems for air, sea and land-based military applications.

Your Tasks

Independent planning and execution of complex studies and customer projects in a consortial environment with representation and safeguarding of HENSOLDT interests as well as close coordination with customers, partners, users, subcontractors and suppliers

Understanding and analyzing customer requirements and deriving product / system requirements in coordination with internal product development

Creating and negotiating offers for solutions and products in the area of responsibility

Technical management and coordination of the interdisciplinary team (matrix organization)

Management, coordination and control of a large number of subcontractors

Creation of business cases and definition of product roadmaps

Active participation in the overall program-wide strategy

Regular exchange with related projects within the program area

Sales support activities such as customer demonstrations and workshops in Germany and abroad

Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable training

Several years of professional experience in project management of large and complex projects, PMI certification advantageous

Extensive practical experience in the management of subcontractors and in the preparation of proposals

Knowledge of managing consortia and multinational projects

Strong ability to lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams

Very good communication and presentation skills

Convincing appearance, assertiveness and willingness to take on responsibility

Independent, systematic and structured way of working

Business fluent German and English skills
