Summary
We are looking for a "Technical Project Manager for Airborne Electronic Warfare Solutions (f/m/d)" for the "Spectrum Dominance Solutions Engineering" department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The "Spectrum Dominance Solutions Engineering" department develops customer solutions in the field of electronic reconnaissance and electronic countermeasures for land, sea and airborne systems and is responsible for the conception, implementation, integration and acceptance.
We are also involved in national and European committees and customer working groups, where we represent the industry side in order to conceptualize future system solutions and define development roadmaps in the field of electronic warfare.
Your Tasks
Technical project management of extensive complex projects in the field of electronic warfare for airborne systems
Planning, management and budget control of development, integration and qualification
Responsibility for achieving milestones in terms of time, cost and quality
Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and ensuring communication and cooperation between project teams, specialist departments, program areas and suppliers
Initiating necessary measures in the event of deviations from the planned development goal
Designing innovative and future-proof reconnaissance and jamming systems against radars and radio equipment
Contributing to the technology roadmap
Supporting the business line in the acquisition and preparation of offers for national and international programs
Your Profile
Completed studies in communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics, computer science or comparable studies with a technical focus
Many years of experience in the technical management of complex development projects and in managing subcontractors
Practical experience in the field of electronic warfare is advantageous
Experience in the technical management of employees
Extensive knowledge of systems engineering procedures and methods
Efficient, results-oriented and responsible way of working
Business fluent German and very good English skills
