What you will do

Analyze key account development and evaluate profitability, implementing corrective measures as necessaryDevelop and execute a comprehensive Key Account planBuild a strong network with regional key account managers, marketing, research and development, customer service centers, and controlling functionsManage and coordinate all tesa resources and competences to ensure project successBuild a profound network within customer organizations across different locations and functions to effectively manage complex projectsIdentify and pursue big new projects, and develop tactics to push and close them successfullyConsider multiple dimensions to create a compelling offer, including products, services, and process integrationManage product co-development projects, including all contractual documentationDefine a mid-term strategic plan for key account customersManage complex listing, price, and contract negotiations within complex buying centersEnsure local implementation of regional Key Account activities

What you will need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record in key account management, preferably in the stationery businessStrong analytical skills to analyze key account development and profitabilityExcellent networking and relationship-building skills to establish a robust tesa networkAbility to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams and resourcesProactive and result-oriented mindset with a focus on project successStrong negotiation and communication skills to manage complex project negotiationsAbility to think strategically and develop mid-term plans for key account customersFluency in English and German, both written and verbal
