In dieser Position beraten Sie die Framatome Leadership Teams in Hinblick auf Leadership Programme. Für diese verantworten Sie die Bedarfserhebung, Grobkonzeption, Auswahl von Trainern und Beratern sowie das Impact Measurement.
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
Aufbau eines Personalentwicklungscontrollings zur Evaluation der Wirksamkeit von Entwicklungsinitiativen Weiterentwicklung der Personalentwicklungsstrategie und -maßnahmen zur Anpassung und Modernisierung des Angebotes Identifizierung von Talenten unter Nutzung des Konzern-Prozesses für die Nachfolgeplanung sowie Durchführung von Talentmanagement-Programmen Förderung und Bindung von Schlüsseltalenten sowie Förderung der Diversität/Inklusion der Belegschaft mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Gender Diversity Unterstützung bei der Einführung digitaler und innovativer Lern- und Entwicklungsinitiativen Mitarbeit an HR-übergreifenden Projekten zur DigitalisierungDie Teilnahme an internen und externen Konferenzen und Symposien zur Aufrechterhaltung der branchenspezifischen Fachkenntnisse ist ebenfalls Bestandteil Ihres daily business.

Anforderungen
Das bringen Sie mit:
abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Pädagogik oder Psychologie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalentwicklung eines mittelständischen Unternehmens mit Schwerpunkt Leadership/Talent Development Erfahrung mit der Einführung von Nachfolgeplanungen, die nachweislich die richtigen Kandidaten/innen beinhalteten sowie dazu beitrugen, die Diversität der Führungsmannschaft zu erhöhen Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B1), Auslandserfahrung ist wünschenswertSie können nicht alle Anforderungen erfüllen oder sind Quereinsteiger, können aber erfolgreiche Personalentwicklungsstrategien vorweisen?
