About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at Manpower Personaldienstleistung GmbH in Nuremberg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is running efficiently, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives, including participating in meetings, providing input, and contributing to team projects.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business development or customer service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
