We are looking for a motivated, curious intern with strong communication skills to join our International Sales team and support our business development, with immediate effect. This is a paid 4-6 months internship.
Tasks- Maintain and update customer information in CRM.
- Track customer interactions and communications.
- Research existing accounts to understand needs and opportunities.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling chances.
- Support Account Managers in proposal preparation and contract management.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate across teams for timely customer issue resolution.
- Conduct market and competitive research, support account-specific initiatives, and manage projects under senior guidance.
- Fluent in German and English (professional working proficiency in both languages is a plus)
- Understanding of basic sales cycle and terminologies
- Good understanding of B2B Sales environment
- Background or basic understanding of image, media and/or sports industry
- Good communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, associations would be an added benefit
