Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our International Sales team at imago stock & people GmbH. As a Sales Account Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business development and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in updating and maintaining customer information in our CRM system.
  • Monitor and track customer interactions and communications.
  • Conduct research on existing accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Help identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop account plans and strategies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and market opportunities.
  • Assist in gathering competitive intelligence and analyzing competitor activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support account-specific initiatives.
  • Manage specific projects related to account management under the guidance of senior team members.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of basic sales cycle and terminologies, as well as good communication and time management skills. Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, and associations would be an added benefit.
