Sales and Account Management Intern

At IMAGO, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our International Sales team. As a Sales and Account Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts and contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Track customer interactions and communications to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Research existing accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling chances to increase revenue.
  • Support Account Managers in proposal preparation and contract management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support account-specific initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English (professional working proficiency in both languages is a plus).
  • Understanding of basic sales cycle and terminologies.
  • Good understanding or will to learn and adapt to a B2B Sales environment.
  • Background or basic understanding of image, media, and/or sports industry.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, associations would be an added benefit.
