Sales and Account Management Intern

At IMAGO, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our International Sales team. As a Sales and Account Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts and contributing to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Track customer interactions and communications to identify opportunities for growth.
- Research existing accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling chances to increase revenue.
- Support Account Managers in proposal preparation and contract management.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support account-specific initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (professional working proficiency in both languages is a plus).
- Understanding of basic sales cycle and terminologies.
- Good understanding or will to learn and adapt to a B2B Sales environment.
- Background or basic understanding of image, media, and/or sports industry.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, associations would be an added benefit.
