Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Henderson Scott are proudly working in partnership with a long term Global Elite Partner to support their new recruitment drive within the ServiceNow space in Germany. This is a hybrid role that has offices in all major cities, so can be worked from any location in Germany.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they head through a strong period of growth and search for SerivceNow professionals for a FTE permanent contract.

**Please Note** Due to the nature of the role, you must be based in Germany, and be fluent in both English and German language. (B2+).

The Role

  • Project management of various resources by design, build, testing, and implementation in an agile setting.
  • Capture and translate requirements into user stories for technical developers.
  • Develop and review test cases, utilise automated test frameworks, and create training materials.
  • Provide technical input during the sales process, including solution identification, estimating, and presenting customer offers across multiple modules and custom applications.
  • Guide new colleagues and support the growth of the ServiceNow practice.

About You:

  • Educated to a degree level or relevant field experience.
  • 3 + years in consulting/professional services environment.
  • Experience with business analysis in the ServiceNow space.
  • Hold relevant certifications i.e ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS, etc.
  • Understanding of ITIL practices (certificate an advantage)
  • Multiple module exposure (ITSM, HR, IRM/GRC, CSM etc)
  • Fluent in English & German (B2+)
  • Pre-sales experience.
  • Experience leading offshore teams and familiarity with ServiceNow products beyond ITSM.
