Du bist ein Profi im Facility Management oder Event Management bei der Organisation von Messe und Großveranstaltungen, der Spaß daran hat die dazugehörigen Prozesse von größeren Unternehmen durch den Einsatz von ServiceNow zu optimieren und Du bist in der Lage die Anforderungen der Kunden zu verstehen und die Fachleute des Kunden auf Augenhöhe zu beraten, im die Beste Lösung zu finden. Darüber hinaus siehst Du eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung (Ergebnis, Zeit und Qualität) als deine Mission und liebst es, Aufgaben zu koordinieren und zu delegieren sowie als Bindeglied zwischen Auftraggeber und Projektteam zu fungieren.

Da wir ein Consulting Haus sind, steht bei uns der Kunde in der ersten Reihe und Du hast das Verständnis, dass Deine Arbeit immer darauf ausgerichtet ist unsere Kunden bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele zu unterstützen.

Tätigkeiten

  • Beratung und Anforderungsanalyse: Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und technischen Consultants, um deren Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen zu verstehen und in funktionale Lösungen zu übersetzen.
  • Implementierung und Konfiguration: Fachliche Unterstützung der technischen Consultants bei Einrichtung und Konfiguration der Workplace Service Delivery Application auf der ServiceNow-Plattform gemäß den spezifischen Kundenanforderungen.
  • Schulung und Training: Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Endanwender zur optimalen Nutzung der Workplace Service Delivery Application.
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege von Anforderungen, Benutzerhandbüchern und anderen relevanten Materialien.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Effektivität der implementierten Lösungen.

Anforderungen

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der Facility Management oder im Eventmanagement bei der Planung und Durchführung von Messen oder großen Events
  • Du bringst umfangreiche Erfahrung mit ServiceNow, insbesondere im Bereich Employee Workflows (WSD, HRSD, LSD) mit
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Finanzdienstleistung, Versicherung oder Behörden sind wünschenswert.
  • Die Umsetzung von ServiceNow Projekten ist Dir vertraut
  • Du kennst große Rechenzentren und komplexe Infrastrukturen
  • Du überzeugst durch Deine charismatische, kommunikative Persönlichkeit, Deine empathische, konstruktive und lösungsorientierte Art und bist damit ein kompetenter Ansprech- und Sparringspartner.
  • Du begeisterst uns durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, mit Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Deinem kreativen Potenzial.
  • Du schaust über den Tellerrand hinaus und erkennst im Kundenumfeld Chance für weitere Projekte
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, übergreifendes aufgaben- und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie analytisches Denkvermögen bringst Du mit
