In unserem wachsenden Team rund um ServiceNow HRSD suchen wir weitere Verstärkung, um unsere Kunden auf ihrem Weg der Digitalisierung zu beraten und zu begleiten. Wenn du die Herausforderung rund um ServiceNow inklusive der Integration in bestehende HR Systeme suchst, dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Senior Consultant ServiceNow (w/m/d)

Dein neuer Job

  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden in Digitalisierungsprojekten durch Design, Optimierung und Implementierung in ServiceNow sowie die dazugehörigen Integrationsprozesse im ITSM / SIAM Umfeld
  • Steuern und managen von Near- und Offshore Entwickler- und Implementierungs-Teams
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops
  • Weiterentwicklung der Demo-Systemlandschaft, Tools und Templates im genannten Aufgabengebiet
  • Fachliche Entwicklung entsprechend deiner Präferenzen und Fähigkeiten, z. B. in Richtung Technical Architect, Senior Business Analyst oder Senior Developer

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens eine relevante ServiceNow-Zertifizierung (CSA, CIS ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, etc.)
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen auf dem Gebiet ITSM, ITIL-Prozesse und IT Operating Model/SIAM sowie Erfahrung in Entwurf, Entwicklung und Implementierung des ServiceNow ITxx-Moduls
  • Spaß an schneller Übernahme von Verantwortung und Aufgaben in Projekten
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
