Who we are:
We are all about electromobility and digital products. Within development, we design innovative and digital charging solutions. To make our digital charging service and thus the charging experience simple and reliable for our customers, we are constantly working on new ideas and improvements and support them throughout the entire product development cycle right through to series production in our vehicles or the Mercedes app.
Organizationally, we operate as an Agile Release Train (ART) according to SAFe6.0 and currently consist of ten cross-functional Scrum teams.

The Agile Release Train consists of ten international, cross-functional teams and the program level. We work collaboratively and passionately with our suppliers on the customer-centric further development of our charging services.
As a full member of the "Release Train Engineer & Scrum Master Team", you will help shape the further development of our collaboration with plenty of room for your own ideas and active involvement at ART and team level.
Your tasks in detail:
Supporting the teams and the program level in the implementation of agile methods Support in the conception, preparation and implementation of workshops and Scrum events Moderation / facilitation of meetings Development, implementation and validation of workflows and processes to increase the value flow Preparing the PI planning event and the system demo Qualifikationen You are studying a degree program in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program Initial practical experience in an agile project or product environment and previous knowledge of agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) are essential Strong organizational skills A structured and independent way of working Team orientation Strong analytical and conceptual skills - optional Basic IT knowledge - optional Very good written and spoken German and English skills - optionalWhat we offer you:
