This internship focuses on the area of research and development, specifically within the Mercedes me Charge division at Mercedes-Benz AG. The role is based in Sindelfingen and involves full-time engagement.

We are dedicated to advancing electromobility and creating digital products. Our mission is to design innovative charging solutions that enhance the customer experience. We strive to simplify and improve our digital charging services, ensuring reliability for our users. Our work encompasses the entire product development cycle, from initial ideas to series production.
Organizational Structure:
We operate as an Agile Release Train (ART) following the SAFe 6.0 framework, comprising ten cross-functional Scrum teams.

As a vital member of the Release Train Engineer & Scrum Master Team, you will have the opportunity to influence our collaborative efforts, bringing your ideas to life at both the ART and team levels.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist teams and program levels in applying agile methodologies.
- Contribute to the design, preparation, and execution of workshops and Scrum events.
- Facilitate meetings effectively.
- Develop, implement, and validate workflows and processes to optimize value flow.
- Prepare for the PI planning event and system demonstration.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Some practical experience in an agile project or product environment, with knowledge of agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) being essential.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent working style.
- Team-oriented with strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
- Basic IT knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English is advantageous.
