Our StructureWe operate as an Agile Release Train (ART) following the SAFe 6.0 framework, comprising ten diverse Scrum teams that work collaboratively across functions.

As a vital member of the 'Release Train Engineer & Scrum Master Team', you will have the opportunity to influence our collaborative efforts, contributing your ideas and engaging actively at both the ART and team levels.
Your Responsibilities- Assist teams and program levels in adopting agile methodologies.
- Support the design, preparation, and execution of workshops and Scrum events.
- Facilitate meetings effectively.
- Develop, implement, and validate workflows and processes to optimize value flow.
- Prepare for PI planning events and system demonstrations.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Initial hands-on experience in an agile project or product setting, with familiarity in agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) being essential.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Structured and independent work approach.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and conceptual skills are a plus.
- Basic IT knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English is preferred.
