Our StructureWe operate as an Agile Release Train (ART) following the SAFe 6.0 framework, comprising ten diverse Scrum teams that work collaboratively across functions.

As a valued member of the 'Release Train Engineer & Scrum Master Team', you will have the opportunity to influence our collaborative efforts, bringing your ideas and active participation to both the ART and team levels.
Your Responsibilities- Assist teams and program levels in the application of agile methodologies.
- Support the design, preparation, and execution of workshops and Scrum events.
- Facilitate and moderate meetings effectively.
- Develop, implement, and validate workflows and processes to optimize value flow.
- Prepare for the PI planning event and system demonstrations.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Initial practical experience in an agile project or product environment, with knowledge of agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) being essential.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- A structured and independent approach to work.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills (optional).
- Basic IT knowledge (optional).
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English (optional).
