Position Overview:
This internship focuses on supporting the development of innovative digital charging solutions within the realm of electromobility. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to enhancing the customer experience related to charging services.
Department: Research & Development
Specialization: Development of Mercedes me Charge
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teams and program levels in applying agile methodologies.
- Contribute to the design, preparation, and execution of workshops and Scrum events.
- Facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and validate workflows and processes aimed at optimizing value flow.
- Prepare for Program Increment (PI) planning events and system demonstrations.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in agile project environments and familiarity with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) are essential.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English are preferred.
