Unser Kunde Atelier Gardens ist ein neuer Campus für Wandel, der auf dem ikonischen Film- und TV-Gelände des 100 Jahre alten Filmstudios BUFA errichtet wurde. Ihr Ziel ist es, die Transformation hin zu einer regenerativen Gesellschaft zu fördern. Das erreichen sie, indem sie Akteure des tiefgreifenden Wandels zusammenbringen. Der Campus umfasst Studio- und Büroräume, in denen sie ihre Community für positive Veränderungen willkommen heißen und unterstützen.
Als Studio Manager*in schließt du dich einem wachsenden Team in einer aufregenden Phase des Wachstums und des Wandels an und wirst für die Vermietung der Studios und die Unterstützung von Inhouse-Veranstaltungen vor Ort verantwortlich sein. Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit, vor Ort und auf unbefristeter Vertragsbasis.
AufgabenDu hast Erfahrung in der Film-, Medien- und Eventbranche. Als Schlüsselrolle vor Ort bist du selbstmotiviert und fokussiert darauf, die Bedürfnisse von Kund*innen bei der Vermietung von Studios und Veranstaltungsräumen zu erfüllen. Wir suchen nach einem geschäftstüchtigen, kundenorientierten Menschen wie dir, der sicherstellt, dass der Service im Vordergrund steht. Du behältst stets den Überblick über unser Studioangebot und andere Mietflächen, indem du das Buchungssystem verwaltest und Ressourcen effizient nutzt.
Deine täglichen Aufgaben:
- Bearbeitung von Buchungsanfragen und Verwaltung des Mietplans
- Erstellung von Studioangeboten und Kund*innenkommunikation
- Dokumentation von Zusatzleistungen und Erstellung von Rechnungen
- Berichterstattung über Einnahmen aus Studiovermietungen
- Unterstützung bei der Veranstaltungsorganisation und Kundenbetreuung
- Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Kund*innen und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Dienstleister*innen
- Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Studio- und Veranstaltungsraumvermietungen mit wirtschaftlichem Verständnis
- Kundendienstorientierung, proaktive Einstellung, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Aufmerksamkeit für Details
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, zwischen verschiedenen Gruppen zu vermitteln und alle vor Ort als Kund*innen zu sehen
- Fähigkeit, sowohl kleine als auch große Veranstaltungen zu organisieren und zu leiten
- Beherrschung von G-Suite und MS Office sowie ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
