Wir suchen derzeit einen hoch motivierten Rezeptionisten (M/W/D) zur Verstärkung unseres Facility-Teams in Meiningen. Hauptaufgaben und wesentliche Anforderungen

  • Empfang von Lieferungen, Personen, Gästen, Kunden und Mitarbeitern aus anderen Adtran-Büros

  • Telefondienst, auch auf Englisch

  • Vorbereitung und Weiterleitung von ausgehender Post, Faxen und Kurierdiensten (intern und extern)

  • Verteilung der täglichen eingehenden Post und Kurierdienste

  • Koordination und Verteilung eingehender Rechnungen

  • Koordination und Verwaltung der Poolfahrzeuge

  • Terminabstimmung und Vorbereitung von Besprechungsräumen

  • Allgemeine Büroarbeiten - Porto, Korrespondenz usw.

  • Bestellung von Büromaterial, Firmengetränken und Küchenbedarf

  • Pflegen von Statistiken

  • Verwaltung des Zugangskontrollsystems

Erforderliche Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

  • Selbstsichere Kenntnisse in Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

  • Selbstsicherer Umgang mit Telefon, PC, Internet usw., einschließlich der erforderlichen Software (Windows, Office, Outlook usw.)

  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent

  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Kundenorientierung und ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Receptionist (M/F/D) to join our Facility team in Meiningen. If you want to be part of our growing company driven by innovation and focused on building a future together with our employees, consider applying.

Principle duties and essential functions

  • Reception of deliveries, persons, guests, customers, and employees from other Adtran offices

  • Telephone service, also in English

  • Coordination and distribution of incoming invoices

  • Pool car coordination and management

  • Coordination of appointments and preparation of meeting rooms

  • General office duties - postage, correspondence, etc.

  • Ordering office materials, company beverages, and kitchen supplies

  • Collecting and maintaining statistics

  • Management of the access control system

Knowledge, skills and experience required and preferred

  • Completed vocational training

  • Confident knowledge of English, both written and spoken

  • Confident handling of telephone, PC, Internet etc. including the necessary software (Windows, Office, Outlook, etc.)

  • Ability to work in a team and organizational talent

  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation and excellent manners
