Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist (M/F/D) to join our Facility team in Meiningen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including employees, visitors, and vendors

  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving and directing visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating meetings and events

  • Coordinate and distribute incoming invoices and other documents

  • Manage the access control system and ensure secure access to the facility

  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining statistics, and providing administrative support

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a related field

  • Confident knowledge of English, both written and spoken

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
