Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen und beraten sie zu den Produkten der Siegelgeräte, Sterilisatoren und Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsgeräte (1st & 2nd Level Support).
  • Für unsere nationalen Fachhändler und unseren Werkskundendienst sind Sie Ansprechpartner im 2nd Level Support.
  • Sie analysieren technische Probleme und erstellen eine Diagnose.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Qualität, Entwicklung und Produktmanagement zusammen.
  • Sie konzipieren technische Schulungen und Trainings für Kunden und Mitarbeitende und führen diese in unserer hauseigenen Akademie durch.
Ihr Profil:
  • Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung erfolgreich absolviert, z. B. Techniker / Meister (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Mechatronik, Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie verfügen bestenfalls über erste Erfahrungen im Support sowie in der direkten technischen Kundenbetreuung und idealerweise ebenfalls im Bereich Technischer Service.
  • Sie besitzen ein technisches Verständnis sowie eine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Handlungsweise.
  • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
