Der Operations Coordinator unterstützt den operativen Service an Windenergieanlage in einer Vielzahl an administrativen Aufgaben. Er/Sie ist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem operativen Service und den Fachabteilungen wie Major Projects, Einkauf, Logistik und Engineering. Der Schwerpunkt dieser Rolle wird in der Unterstützung von Großkomponententauschen liegen.

Erstellen von auftragsbezogenen Bestellanforderungen PO Management (Purchase Orders) Rechnungsmanagement (Prüfung und Freigabe) Durchführen von SAP Buchungen Erstellen von relevanten Baustellendokumenten in Absprache mit der Fachabteilung Unterstützung bei Stundenbuchungen Organisatorische Aufgaben (Baufortschritt) Klärung kaufmännischer Sachverhalte
