How to contribute to our vision

For our growing Aftermarket Business in Service Offshore Northern Europe and Middle East (NE&ME) we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Order Coordinator to strengthen our Aftermarket Operations Team.

As a Customer Order Coordinator, you will be part of a strong team and report to the Head of Aftermarket & Service Train while you are functionally allocated to one of the Customer Managers. The team's main responsibility is providing services to offshore wind farms and customers without full-scope service contracts across the NE&ME region. The role offers the unique opportunity to engage hands-on with various customers, handling requests spanning across most of our turbine platforms from 2MW to 8MW+ and our aftermarket product portfolio. A combination of Order Management and Sales within Operations offers exciting and varying challenges and personal growth for young as well as experienced professionals.

For succeeding in this role

You have strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy and you are willing to hands on solve various customer requests, with a focus on spare parts. You are eager to take the customer request through the entire Sales process, from request to quotation to sales order creation, while ensuring high quality and alignment with other internal functions. Knowledge and experience with SAP (CS & MM) are highly beneficial as well as experience in (internal or external) customer service, ideally within the wind industry.

Your responsibilities will include
- Follows defined guidelines, processes and procedures to ensure successful execution the E2E Order Management
- Responsible for the sales process including the creation of quotations, sales orders, checking of material availability and pricing for Offshore Aftermarket Customers
- The Services include spare parts sales, main component sales, tooling and repair jobs
- Open to working with multiple internal stakeholders including the Main Components Team, Supply Chain Management, Service Sales, Pricing Team and others
- Drive customer satisfaction by fostering close relationships with customers across the region
- First point of contact for customers without a service contract
- Close interface and support to Aftermarket controlling and commercial team.
- Supports the Aftermarket Customer Manager and Head of Aftermarket in various ad-hoc tasks

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- Comprehensive IT user skills (MS Office and Windows 365)
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable studies or similar
- Knowledge in SAP CS and SAP MM.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and communicative
- Experience in the wind industry is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow
