Die Business Unit Crop Nutrition der HELM AG ist eine der führenden Handels
- und Vermarktungsorganisationen mit einer breiten Palette an hochwertigen Produkten im Bereich Düngemittel. Die Geschäftseinheit unterstützt sowohl Produzenten als auch Händler in den Ländern bei der Erfüllung ihrer Einkaufs
- und Lieferverpflichtungen. Für die Abteilung Customer Service and Operations Europe & Asia suchen wir einen motivierten Customer Service & Operations Coordinator - Crop Nutrition (m/w/d) in Hamburg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Kunden und den Logistikdienstleistern der HELM AG.
- Sie sind fest in ein multinationales Team von CSO (Customer Service and Operation) integriert und nehmen an neuen Herausforderungen im dynamischen Umfeld des internationalen Marktes für Crop Nutrition Materialien teil.
- Sie übernehmen die Disposition von Einkäufen und Verkäufen, und stellen die umfassende Zufriedenheit in Bezug auf Betrieb, Zahlungen, Rechnungsstellung und Reklamation sicher.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Beschaffung aller erforderlichen Informationen über den Verkauf, die Verwaltung des Transports aller ausgehenden Transportmittel und die Erleichterung aller erforderlichen ERP /SAP-Einträge.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktmanagern und dem Verkaufsteam sind Sie für die genaue Überwachung der Bestände in den Lagern und am Terminal verantwortlich.
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer und beteiligen sich gerne an der Projektarbeit zur Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs

Ihr Profil:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Berufsausbildung mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung in der Auftrags
- und Transportabwicklung im Bereich Spedition und Straßentransport.
- Technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse im Bereich See
- und Straßentransport haben Sie bereits in einer vergleichbaren Aufgabe erworben.
- Sie sind zahlenorientiert und haben Freude an der Arbeit mit MS Excel und SAP.
- Sie verfügen über fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse aus mitteleuropäischen Ländern sind von Vorteil.
- Sie beherrschen die gängigen IT-Anwendungen wie z.B. das MS-Office-Paket; Sie sind Experte für SAP.
- In einem Team agieren Sie als offener und teamorientierter Ansprechpartner. Sie haben Freude daran, Ihr Wissen weiterzugeben und mögliche Probleme lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten. Außerdem sind Sie flexibel und können sich schnell auf neue Gegebenheiten einstellen.
