Position Overview
CCS Cleaning
is looking for an experienced and driven
Country Manager
to lead our operations in
Germany,
with future responsibility to support growth in
Austria
.

Based in Berlin
, you will oversee our cleaning services across multiple industries, including
Retail, Office, Manufacturing, and Construction.
This is a key leadership role, combining strategic growth, operational excellence, and client partnership to strengthen CCS's presence in the
German market.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand CCS Cleaning's footprint and market share in Germany (with Austria to follow)
  • Identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and represent CCS at senior client and industry levels

Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead and inspire a national team of Area Managers, Supervisors, and Cleaning Operatives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development to build strong, motivated teams

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across sectors
  • Ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Implement feedback processes to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Financial & Business Management

  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and deliver profitable growth
  • Provide regular reporting on revenue, costs, and operational KPIs to senior management
  • Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities

Market Insights

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
  • Translate insights into strategies that keep CCS competitive and innovative

Qualifications And Skills
Fluent in German and English. Must reside in Berlin, Germany

  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role within Cleaning, Facilities Management, or a related service industry
  • Background in client relationship management, operations, and financial oversight
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage complex operations across multiple sectors and locations.
  • Results-driven with strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Comfortable with reporting tools, budgeting systems, and performance metrics
  • Collaborative style with the ability to build long-term client and stakeholder relationships

Additional Information

  • Reports directly to the Director of Operations, with regular reporting to the COO and CEO
  • Travel within Germany required (occasional Austria trips in the future).
  • Flexible working hours based on operational needs
