The Role

As
Country Manager
, you will lead the commercial and operational strategy for your designated market, driving growth across
retail
,
on-trade
, and
off-trade
channels. You'll be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of brand campaigns and retail programs.

This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and is passionate about delivering results through people, partnerships, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute country-level growth strategy aligned with regional goals
  • Build and lead local sales, marketing, and field execution teams
  • Drive new business development across retail and foodservice channels
  • Cultivate relationships with major retailers, grocers, and hospitality partners
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics for the market
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to share insights and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in
    FMCG, retail activation, or foodservice sales
  • Strong network across
    local retailers, grocers, and hospitality venues
  • Demonstrated success in
    team leadership and business development
  • Fluent in English and the local language of the market
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, international organization
