Deine Aufgaben:
  • IT-Systeme betreuen und optimieren: Du übernimmst die Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung, Windows-Server, Netzwerke und Cloud-Dienste (u. a. Azure).
  • Sicherstellen eines stabilen IT-Betriebs: Du analysierst und behebst Incidents, betreuest Changes und dokumentierst Deine Arbeit strukturiert
  • Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten: Du wirkst bei Rollouts, Infrastrukturmaßnahmen und der IT-Weiterentwicklung mit – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und Dienstleistern.
  • Beitrag zu IT-Sicherheit & Datenschutz: Du setzst Richtlinien um, unterstützen bei Audits und trägst zur Qualitätssicherung bei.
  • Beratung & Support: Du bist Ansprechperson für Fachabteilungen bei technischen Fragen – pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und servicebewusst.
Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows-Servern, Microsoft 365, Active Directory und Netzwerken
  • Grundverständnis für IT-Sicherheit, idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Technologien oder Virtualisierung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch an die eigene Arbeit
  • Freude am Lernen und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team, z. B. durch Mitgestaltung von Prozessen und Dokumentationen
  • Serviceorientiertes, kommunikatives Auftreten – Du behälst auch im Tagesgeschäft den Überblick und handelst lösungsorientiert.
