About the Role

We are looking for a
customer-focused and technically skilled IT Support / Help Desk Specialist
to join our global technology support team.

In this role, you will provide first-line technical assistance to employees and clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. You will serve as a critical link between users and the IT infrastructure, helping maintain productivity and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via email, chat, or phone to resolve IT-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
  • Troubleshoot system errors and application problems efficiently
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in various systems
  • Document issues, solutions, and process improvements in a ticketing system
  • Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company IT security and data protection policies


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or help desk operations
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Office 365 environments
  • Basic knowledge of networking, VPNs, and cloud-based tools
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • English proficiency required; Korean proficiency preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or ITIL Foundation
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of endpoint security tools and remote desktop solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset
