Munich (hybrid) – 2 days onsite
We are currently recruiting for the fast-growing provider of solutions in data protection and information security, supporting small and medium-sized businesses across a wide range of industries. Their platform combines intelligent software with expert consulting to help companies remain compliant, secure, and audit-ready.

Account Executive
to help us continue this growth.
Your Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
Manage the entire sales process independently – from outbound prospecting to product demos and successful deal closing.
• Mid-Market Closing
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across German SMEs and convert qualified leads into long-term customers.
• Deal Leadership
Deliver compelling product presentations and guide prospects confidently through complex stakeholder environments.
• Go-to-Market Support
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and RevOps to support the launch of new solutions in the information security and data protection space.
• Outbound Excellence
Develop and execute effective outreach campaigns, leveraging best practices and coordination with internal teams.
• Pipeline & Forecast Ownership
Maintain accurate forecasts, ensure pipeline quality, and hit ambitious quarterly targets.
• Team Contribution
Share learnings, support colleagues, and help elevate sales performance across the team.
Your Profile
• B2B SaaS Background
1–2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally in SaaS, professional services, or mid-market full-cycle roles.
• Strong Commercial Skills
Proven closing ability, hunter mentality, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Sales Intuition
A strong sense of customer needs, timing, decision-making structures, and effective communication.
• Ownership Mindset
High level of self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and eagerness to drive impact.
• Tool Proficiency
Comfortable using modern sales tools such as CRM systems, video-demo platforms, and social prospecting tools.
• Subject Matter Interest
Interest in topics such as governance, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity (experience is a plus, not a must).
• Language Skills
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
